This is a review of our VRBO (Sandy Vacations) condo in Oceanside, CA. The photos below are as of February 15, 2018. 

We rented this condo based on the photos that were posted on the VRBO website. The photos on the website were not a true representation of this unit. 

1) The carpet was severely stained and even worn through in several areas throughout the unit. 

2) The paint on the the door jams and wall was missing and dirty throughout the unit. 

3) Both bathtub/shower units were dingy rotten. 

4) The blinds in the unit were broken and non-functional.

5) The screen door was damaged and had holes in it. 

6) The furniture was dirty and stained. 

7) The inside of the dishwasher was rotten and many of the plate/cup racks were broken.

We called the property manager immediately to let her know that we were not pleased and wanted to discuss a solution. She did not respond. We called her again on day 3. She did not respond. We called again on day 5. No response again. After this, we decided to cut our 13 night stay short and left after the 5th night. We called and left the property manager a voicemail again letting her know that we were extremely upset and to call us. We still have not heard from the property manager.
